it is urine infection, honeymoon cystitis ,needs urine analysis and start antibiotic capsule cefspan 400 mg x twice per day x 5 days, and increase your fluid intake.

Get C/e urine
no need to go for any test she might be complaining of accompanying burning micturition, dark color urine, pain during or after micturition. is so then the condition is treatable. no need to go for any scan or test

she might be suffering from urinary tract infection. but history alone doesnt exclude the diagnosis. it would be better if you get her examined.
so that we can treat her accordingly. as if unresolved and get pregnant it can even get worse and can leads to miscarriages and preterm births
