Asking For Self, Female, 28 Years old, kharian
I am 5 months postpartum had c section.. and i have foul smelly urine and frequently urination problem while urination discharge problem as well i took coprofloxacin and metronidazole it didn’t work for me then my gynaecologist gave me fosfomycin ,azithromycin and tinidazole with cranberyy sachet but it didn’t work for me as well..! :(

Please do your urine analysis and culture and sensitivity .This will help to know what kind of urinary infection you have .cultyre and sensitivity will help you know which antibiotic

First get urine culture and sensitivity then start any medicine, this over medication is causing multi drug resistance , drink water more, what is colour of discharge? Do u have smell or itching ?

Discharge color is white kr colorless and dn have any discharge smell or itching only frequently urination problem and smell of urine
