Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Irritation

Hello doctor, I have redness, swelling, itching, and a needle-like or crawling sensation around my vaginal and urinary (pee) area. It started after a UTI and got worse with sweating and movement. There are also some small cuts from scratching. I tried creams like Travocort, which made it worse, and Cenestan, which helped a bit but the symptoms keep coming back. I feel the urge to urinate very often as it feels like i will be urinating more but just few drops comes out . At first my pee area was so itchy the sides of urethra was swollen and the pee hole are itself was swollen than usual size and sometimes suddenly i feel small gases coming out of my pee hole and it feels super uncomfortable i run to the washroom. Now the itchness has spread to vagina and now butt line as well. I'm treating it with cenestan which is not so working as when i apply it first it feels hot sensation then it feels like needling i try to stay still and not move then after sometime it feels better but moving an
