no sugar or diabetics 
No preganancy 
No PCOS

Take capsule fluconazole 150 mg once only , tablet canestin-1 vaginal tablet insert in vagina once only , tablet kestine 20 mg once a day for 5 days , canestin cream for both husband n wife twice daily apply externally for 7 days , avoid intercourse for 7 days , keep area dry n clean , avoid public toilets ,
