Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Itching And Bad Odour As Well As Rash

i took a morninh after pill after sex. after a week i got this really bad rash which had a bad smell as well as itching and stinging sensation. does not hurt when urinating but when i rub the vaginal itchy area and pee after then it stings. im really confused. what should i take since i havent taken any medication.
