It's been few days I am noticing white stains on her trouser. I also noticed thin diacharge when I wash her. But today it was smelly too. She has no pain and itching not even urination. She also has red vulva. Usually I wash her once or twice a day.

she should be using pure material under garments and trousers...every visit to washroom she should use plain water and soap...but pat her dry as well...seeing a pediatrician won't cause any harm...and you ll b relieved as well...

My daughter is 4 years old. She recently recovered from pneumonia. Also applying topical creams for vitiligo.
I washed her once or twice a day. But from yesterday I am washing her after every bathroom trip with water. I never used soap in her private area ever. Yesterday she had redness with smell. But today redness has gone but it's still smell. Is it infection? Or bad Hygiene?
