I got married on November 5 2022 We are trying to conceive but every month I get periods. Alhamdulillah our reports are okay. this month I felt all the symptoms of pregnancy. like nausea, Brest tenderness, fatigue. I missed my period as well. but I got my period after 10 days of usual period cycle. Please guide us which days are best for meeting and if any precautions needed for getting aur sustaining pregnancy?

after ceasation of period. jaise ee period khatam hon next 15 days tak ulternate day p apne husband k sath milain. or folic acid or tab pregnacare lain inshaAllah hojai gi pregnancy. stress na lain stress laine se bhi pregnancy nahe hti.
Take Folic Acid daily, Coitus with husband on alternate day between days 9 to 19 of cycle.

dont get stressed. wait if tests r clear. just use folic acid
