thank u for asking a v important send me your full history of pregnancy with growth pt has different reasons.
decision to do D&C depends on baby heart heart beat is there then may benefit from wait and see. pregnancy with no heartbeat for more then 3 weeks usually are not alive and may need D&C.

- many factors can affect growth at different gestation.
- Have Complete treatment of any issue u have like high blood pressure or diabetes or any other .
- balanced diet ,weight according to gestation need to maintain .
- regular antenatal visits and follow up needed.
