Talk to Gynecologist on X-Linked CGD Genetic Disease

I have lost three of my children. All three were boys. My first son passed away 4 months after birth. Second son also passed away after 6 months. My third baby boy was miscarried at four months during pregnancy. After Genetic Test we discovered that the cause was a genetic disease called X-linked Chronic Granulomatous Disease (X-linked CGD). Later, in genetic testing we found that my wife is a carrier of X-linked CGD, while I am genetically negative. After doing some research, I learned that one possible solution could be PGD/PGT-M through the IVF process, which can help select embryos that do not carry or effect from X-Linked CGD However, I am having difficulty finding a doctor who specializes in genetic fertility or IVF with PGD/PGT-M.
