You are suffering from post DVT syndrome. This is managed by surgeons. It can improve but will not become normal again. You need to be investigated for DVT in young age for future prevention, if this happened in setting that can provoke DVT.
Life long anticoagulation should not be taken lightly because it can put the patient unnecessarily at risk for bleeding. The best specialist to treat you for this are clinical hematologist. These are medical specialist with additional training in hematology.
