Salam.mera problem yeh hai ke khoon(haemoglobin)hamesha Kam he rehta hai.pehle Tau ferrograd tablets khaati thi,magar abhi haemoglobin tablets nahi khaati.pehle 10.8,9.8,..... tha,phir Mai ne 3 saal pehle transfusion bhi karaaya(USA se),Jo kaafi expensive tha,Mai ne socha Chalo ab zarurat nahi paray gi iron ki tablets khaanay ki,magar pehle pehle Tau 13.2,12.8....is tarhaan ki readings aain haemoglobin ki magar ab dobaara 10.2 hogaya.Transfusion ka faaida nahi hua.Pehle bachpan Mai mitti bhi khaanay ki aadat thi,magar ab nahi khaati.Kindly mujhay bataaen ke agar worms hon pait Mai Tau kese nikaalun.

use iron tablets 20 min before breakfast on long term. it needs years of iron oral preparations to keep hemoglobin in female, esp in child bearing, lactation, and menstruation years.
take a course of mebendazole oral preparations according to local guidelines.
