mery bety ko 1month ho gia diarrhea howy.. us ki CBC report hai.... kindly guide me k kia issue hai is mein
CBC suggests nothing about diarrhea. treat him with zink sachet, enflore sachet, Imodium capsule 1-2 times a day. if this doesn't improve, give syp entamizole and\or cefspan. rule out food allergy such as milk, wheat, animal protein sensitivity.
rule out hemoglobin electrophoresis to rule out Thalassemia minor.

wheat allergy ka test negative tha...dodh breastmilk k ilawa pita nhi tha ...jo medication aap bta rhy in sy farq nhi pra....

hemoglobin is not related to this condition. but you can do it for exclusion of carrier state of Thalassemia.
use syp entamizole three times a day for 5 days for diarrhea. post back if not improved.
