Talk to Hematologist on Low Hemoglobin Level
Asking for Self, Female, 44 years old, Islamabad Pakistan
My hb dropped till 6.8 checked last month then I went for venofer course completed on 25th June ,checked my CBC after 2weeks it went up to 9.8.then again checked on 25th July now it's 9.6.whats the reason for not going up?not taking any iron supplements only converting it with iron rich food .

Please share your CBC with peripheral smear report. Have you done retics count or serum ferritin?? And do you experience heavy menstrual bleeding or any other bleeding manifestations like hematuria?? Blood in stools, dark color stools??
