Talk to Hematologist on Testes Contraction

I visited the hospital a week ago to donate blood but after testing in the lab, refused to take my blood saying my level was 12.6 and I couldn't donate blood. I have been facing an issue of testes contraction for some time. What will be the remedy? I feel I have low testosterone levels too. Kindly resolve my issue.
