i am 25 years old weight 71 kg, in December my periods date was 13 but till 23 i didn't bleed i visited a gyne she told me i have since then my cycle is regular. my mother had cysts and hyperthyroidism and my maternal grandmother has diabetes, she also had some issue regarding uterus her uterus was removed. i have thin hair oily scalp like my parents. recently i noticed very few thin hair on my chin i had my harmones check in January they all are normal. today i visited a gynecologist in ultrasound my right ovary appeared large and bulky. she prescribed me folic acid n said yet the issue is not severe but can be in future and asked me to take folic acid every day and notice my cycle for 2-3 months. i will be getting married by the end of this year i am really worried. will i be able to conceive naturally? will it be a issue ? she told me the issue is not severe to have harmonal medication. i am really worried about conception. kindly guide me.
