Question is for homeopathic practitioner.. I usually experience heavy head,nasal congestion, ear congestion and pain on the upper part of eye as well. Also migraines on an off. There is no specific medicine for specific DISEASE in homeopathy. Homeopathy is individually based therapeutic. Every patient has his/her own symptoms. So my advice is to visit homeo doctor. He will take yr case and give you required medivines. Dont use so called drops.

If you are fever free, and suffer from heaviness of head with nasal congestion the best remedies are Nux Vomica-200 and Kalium Bichromicum 200. First Take Kalium Bi-200 one drop in morning and second dose is of Nux Vomica-200 at night.
Now the issue is that you also have Ear Congestion, this symptoms means that the canal from your middle ear to nose (Eustachian tube) might have mucus in it. If it is of acrid pH, then you would also be feeling itchy inside the ear. In such case please do not hesitate for a personal checkup, sometimes it is better to visit in person. Get Well Soon!
