Talk to Internal Medicine on Overall Bad Health Issue

Salam, im 32 yr old married having a 3 yr old son. For the past past or no im feeling very weak, following are the symptoms, shortness of breath and it gets worst when i lie down to sleep, feel numbness on toe fingers, pressure on stomach area( upper belly area mahorly)along with back pain. on that same place. I want my basic checkup to be done. What should i do? What kind of dr should i go for? Thanks
