i am having pain in my neck, and cannot perform daily routine activities due to this. Whatever I do i feel something in my neck and i feel tired all the time and want to lay down , so kindly tell kis doctor ko checkup krwaun, i have told my problem to physiotherapists and vitamins be bht khaye unki recommendation par but little change was there and the problem is still there.

Kindly get you MRI cervical spine,along with blood tests CBC,ESR,and consult,meanwhile for pain take tablet.Caflam 50mg 1+0+1 for 5days,Cap.Risek 40mg once a day before breakfast,Tablet Nuberol forte 1+0+1,tablet Ternelin 2mg at night,apply topical gel on area where you have pain fastum gel,heat compresses.

Thanks for sharing. If your neck pain is stopping daily work and not improving with physio or vitamins, it needs proper review.
I’d ask a few things:
Any numbness or weakness in arms or hands?
Is the pain constant or only with movement?
Any injury or heavy lifting in the past?
You may need a simple scan to check the nerves. Most cases like this do improve with the right treatment.
