I noticed this in February. I consulted with a maxillofacial surgeon and an ENT specialist. Both said it wasn't a concern and would go away on its own. However, it's been 9 months, hasn't disappeared, and though it doesn't hurt, I feel a lump. It hasn't grown, but there are spots on the swelling resembling warts.
