my mother has been on dailysis for 4 years going for kidney transplant she had hepatitis c after 3month treatment her pcr report normal but still in gastrologist opinion.
it seems her liver is effected. no need for hcv treatment at the moment as pcr is negative. for transplant assessment, pt needs to be seen in the clinic.
thx pt aptt inr albumin level if ok can go for transplant and monitor lfts routinely
