All pathology reports are within normal limits except the one mentioned earlier. The most recent CT scan indicates a solitary calculus in the left distal ureter, which has reduced in size from 9 mm (as per the previous CT scan) to 4.6 mm. Notably, when the calculus measured 9 mm, the eGFR was recorded at 59 mL/min/1.73m². However, despite the reduction in calculus size to 4.6 mm, the eGFR has declined to 48 mL/min/1.73m

increase serum creatinine may be due CRF. patients history important +US kuB + urine RE+urine for microalbumin. He is diabetic or not. If diabetic then eye assessment for diabetic retinopathy. with all reports video call appointment.

All reports like Calcium, Albumin, IgE, Total, Anti nuclear AB, Anti dsDNA, Complete Rheumatology Serum are normal except Creatinine and Uric Acid which are below normal range but not dangerous levels . No diabetic or hypertension issues.

No smoking history. However due to extensive gym work out the protein and creatine intake were higher. However after detection of calculus the protein and creatine intakes were abandoned (tho the gym routine continues). Despite discontinuing this the consistent decline in eGFR below normal levels is a matter of great concern. Regards
