Talk to Nephrologist on High Uacr , High Urine Pcr

Sir my father with diagnosed with a uti 2 month ago , he has protein in urine test ++ and mikd infection , later on we repeat the test in which there was no infevtiin but proteins , so doctor took more test , in which UACR is 398, Urine Pcr = 798 , egfr= 84 , cretinine = 0.9 , hb1ac = 6.2 , serum sodium potasium ,normal , and proteins ++ in urine RE , so what is the root cause of it , do it needs to have a biopsy or will it be treated with .medication , is it anything more serious , , and kindly sujjest be the best and skilled nephrologist in islamabad which looks and diagnose the problem well and treat the ilness in an effective better way.
