Talk to Nephrologist on Kidney Problem

I have been suffering from kidney related issues since last month... first it was a stone of 0.4 cm which dissolved with water and tamsolin tablet after that I developed a kidney infection which was cured by qumic 250 mg,ktonic syrup,neolor 5 mg and remethan 50 mg..but again I am feeling mild back pain,right side stomach gas,right side lower back pain,and right side leg pain too..what's the cause?? how to treat this? shall I go for ultrasound again?
