Dear adnan.
The size of your kidney stones are more than 0.8 cm, chances of spontaneous passage or with the aid of medicines are too low. You will probably need Shock wave Lithotripsy. Your lab results are one year old. My advice would be to get a fresh urea creatinine, urine dr and CT pyelogram to get a more clear picture of current situation and visit a urologist.
Regards

You should undergo ESWL (lithotripsy) to get rid of these stones.

Thanks for consultation...As size of ur stone is too large,it 'll not b passed in urine by drinking abundant amount of water...and even it is affecting your kidneys too as proteins are there in urine DR...you should go for Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, which break your stones into pieces and then pass in urine...Along with that you should do some blood tests & Urine tests like CBC,SUCE,Serum Calcium & Phosphate and Urine Culture...After sending samples of tests you should start Tab Ciprofloxacin 500mg 1+0+1 for 5 days along with Cran max sachet 1+1+1,Syp Citralca TSP 2+2+2 and Tab Diclo 1 SOS...Avoid eating Spinach & Rhubarb and avoid taking more Tea...Drink abundant amount of water...If u r taking vit D supplement then stop that...Follow up with fresh labs...Good Luck????

You need Shock wave lithotripsy for these stones. Moreover need complete workup of stones in the form of serum calcium, uric acid and PTH levels. 24 hour urine calcium, oxalate, citrate, urate and magnesium levels as well.
