Talk to Nephrologist on Kidney Stones & Blood In Urine

I had kidney stones measuring 2.5+cm each side. Recently I felt continuous pain in left kidney & found in USG that a piece of stone has blocked left kidney and causing pain. I went to a well-known Urologist. He did PCNL on right side and tried URS for left side but during URS, PUS was coming so they pushed back the stone to remove blockage. Stones removed from right kidney & I went home after 2 days with some medicine. During the stay at hospital after surgery, my urine blocked suddenly so doctor washed the bladder & removed a number of blood clots in the process. Since then I am having blood in urine & sometimes tiny clots. I have been in contact with urologist who gave a number of antibiotics & UTI medicine. But still problem persists. It is 1 month after surgery but problem is there. Blood in urine is more when dehydrated & less when I take lots of water. I am worried about this situation. I have DJ stents on both sides. Please guide what should I do to deal
