Talk to Nephrologist on Kidney Stones UTI Abdominal Issue

So.. having spent a leisure life style and eating out massive junk food i got this big fat belly on a such average body frame... couple of weeks ago i started feeling a painful PULSE initiating from right lower abdominal area and travels to the penis area.. consulted a urologist ... checked and it was an infection due to less consumption of Water throughout life and being a store owner sitting all day not going for urinating and holding it for like full day.. was recommended LEFLOX 250mg.. used it.. pain went away.. the urologist further suggested ABDOMINAL Ultra sound.. took it.. the doctor asked to take further tests i.e Urine R/E profile ... Uric Acid.. etc.. all of the test reports are attached. turns out i have some kidney stones in my right kidney.. the largest one was 5mm.. so started drinking massive like 10 times a day.. but constant pain in kidneys.. though bearable.. but twice i ended up hospital due to massive excruciating pain in left KIDNEY
