aoa i think we should look for underlaying cause of kidney disease. also work up for reversibility while improving cardiac function avoid drugs can cause renal demage. its will work if cardiac n renal physician do under same roof.
I need to know the base line renal function s,in2016,was it normal ? Wat is the cause of renal failure,why you need to angiography now,is there any new cardiac issue,need an ultrasound of kidneys,then it can be said,that creatinine will go down or not,better visit a nephrologist near you do that your father will be assessed clinically as well
