Talk to Nephrologist on Medicine Specialist/Nephrologist, Cardiac

Hello, My mother has blood pressure issue. She was taking Sofvasc 10mg OD, now general physician (only mbbs) has changed her medicine and suggested her EXTROR 5/80. but no effect. I want to consult a good FCPS (internal medicines, nephrologist or cardiac,) doctor for dose management and diet chart. THANKS A LOT.
