Dear sir my wife is suffering from kidney stones on bilateral kidneys. First we have underwent pcnl for left kidney to remove stanghorn 35 mm stone after surgery we come to know it was just partially removed still having problem with the left kidney of 15 mm stone nd feeling obstruction from right kidney where's three calculas measuring 17 mm 9 mm nd 7 mm please let me know for wht procedure we have to go.

first go for DTPA scan to assess function of both kidneys. Then go for open surgery to clear stones from one side. what is serum creatinine recent test. for stanghorn calculus PCNL is not good choice.
