You need two doctors for this issue
1. Nephrologist
For diagnosis of cause of stone and prevention. He will tell you diet and medicines
2. Urologist
He will place a DJ stent or will do pcnl to remove stone
Noted
This is prime responsibility of nephrologist to diagnoses the cause and treatment of stone while urologist fix the obstruction
