My father is having kidney problem and high blood pressure. He is on medicine only. Currently he is facing gastric problem and also he don't want to eat anything. Whole day he eat very little. He feel not hungry also no attraction to food. Homoglobin is 11.62 Random Blood Sugar 115, Sodium 137, Potassium 4.44 Chloride 98, Bicaarbonate 18, Creatinine 5.01 e-GFR 11, Calcium 9.5, Phasphate 4.32,Uric Acid 5.9, Fasting Glucose 112, Triglycerides 118, Total protein 6.8, TSH 1.28, HBA1c 5.41, Vitamin D Total (25-OH) 19.83

Good day! Yes its looking as results you shared your father has stage 5 CKD and sometimes labs are not bad but patients symptoms show his condition is worsening. Also he has decreased Vit.D levels which again suggests he has worsening CKD. I need his drugs history and will suggest you treatment once I know drugs already taking.
