Aoa, My young brother (age 12) is suffering from Nephrotic syndrome for the last 3 years. Sometimes his body got totally swollen and urine main protein ata hai. phr kuch din Lasix and deltacortril deny se theek ho jata hai. We want to consult any nephrologist who specially deals with children.

Steroid sensitive Nephrotic syndrome should be treated according to the number of relapses in a year If you get more than 4 relapses in a year it means you have to give steroids for 3 months after your urine is cleared from protein And dose should be 2mg /kg daily for 1 month then 1.5mg/kg alternate day for 3 months
