Talk to Nephrologist on Peritoneal Dialysis

I am PD patient since October 2015, would like to travel Karachi Pakistan soon. I want to know wether PD services are avaiable in Karachi hospitals. Name of hospital, who is the provder are important, so that the dutch doctors can contact and arrange my travelling.
