Talk to Nephrologist on Renal Amyloidosis...please Help.
Asking for Mother, Female, 45 years old, Pakistan,kpk,swat
mom make a TAH three days of surgery my mom bacome unconscious and conditions was worst. When doctor do tests,then it shows kidneys problem. Doctor call for three Dialysis my mom become conscious and well.I admitted my mom in biopsy was done which shows free light chain test no multiple myeloma etc revealed. (In past my mom was suffer from Tuberculosis(24 years ago) which was over after 6 months of treatment.)... Now my mom conditions is almost well did 1 or 2 dialysis in 30 i want more well treatment for my mom becoz i am very in worry about my dear doctor tell me about my mom issue ,treatment, it curable?i want further and well treatment in suggest me a very good as fast as .

Well histroy u told is sugestive of secondary amyloidosis..
I mean to say ur mom is suffering from amyloidosis of kidneys due to most
likely her tuberclosis which she had 24 yrs ago.
U definatly need a nephrologist to follow with all fresh labs including
blood tests and urine tests if she is passing urine at present and need to
see ultrasound abdomen as well.
Every city is having Nephrologists availble u r in gujranwala u can
visit me as well in my clinics..

My friend you need to find a competent Nephrologist and follow up with him/her. Your mother needs long term care for her kidneys to maintain stability and for dialysis if needed.

Dear doctor is augmentin(amoxicillin and cluvanate acid) safe for kidney suggest some best and safe syrup for coughing.

Dear doctor is augmentin(amoxicillin and cluvanate acid) safe for kidney suggest some best and safe syrup for doesn't involve in renal function. Thankyou.

Tab colchicine has shown to retard the progression of disease
But most of the other drugs are still experimental

Thanks my mom urine was as same as in past. I mean no changes occurred in my mom urine three to four time a day............i am in swat but if you treat my mom issue well,i mean without dialysis or transplant,then i will definitely visit to your clinic and start treatment for my mom under your observation.
