Talk to Nephrologist on Sharp Pain In Left Kidney, And Inadequate Urine

Today before iftar I felt sharp pain in my pelvic area with unbearable pain in left kidney. I got pain killer injec from nearby clinic. Now after iftar I took juice and water. But I am not urinating according to my water intake. I will visit nephrologist tomorrow. But the pain is back. I want to urinate. Plz suggest some medicine for time Urgent. No medical history. Married.

I am sorry to hear about your pain.
I will suggest to u to get an ultrasound KUB done and also Urine complete test and serum creatinin test. Can guide u further after reports are available. For pain u can take Tab Caflam 50mg twice a day after meals but do not take it if you have any stomach issue or if there is pregnancy or if there is already some diagnosed disease of kidney.

Doc I have been going through kidney stone problem from 2014. I have kidney stone(USG) in 2014 Ramazan and it got excreted after hydrating frequently. Then in 2018 Ramazan it happened again. I took med for pain and took lemon water for two days. And I felt stone passed through urine. No pain after that. And unfortunately in Ramazan 2020 I am again experiencing the issue. Reports of 2018 are attached. I will go for Scan and test soon.
