My sister was born normal and healthy while she was 3months she was attacked during that condition her body starts vibrates and eyes pupil move upwards which in cause she become abnormal also her growth stopped and completely she is special child
But now after 18years she got same condition earlier in her childhood;we are frightened with her condition also she is very weak and there is a lot chest infection please guide us May Allah reward you
