Talk to Neuro Physician on Back Head Pain

Salam, I had back side head pain from several months approx 2 to 3 months, and sometime my eyes also got slightly red. When I woke up in morning I feel too much tiredness from the morning till night, that's why donot want to do any work, because I feel to much burden at back side of Head which led to shoulders and spinal cord also, and somehow anger feeling as well.
