I was playing cricket when I hit a ball to the legside then my back muscles contract and til now I cant walk easily nd em taking bed rest. I took medicines for pain relief and some injections from doctors priscriptions but the pain is still..then my mom advice me for the xray and here is the reports of that xray so kindly tel me whts the problem in.this xray report I know little bit... and also tel me how I can reset this...

aoa.you need to do rest or support ur back with belt.
take phyaiotherapy sessions so u know how to correct your posture and what limitations you need.right now avoid bending ur back and lifting weights.
you can take appointment for treatment purpose.
