Asking For Father, Male 50, Sialkot
The patient is a 50-year-old male who underwent CABG on October 18, 2025. He remained stable and alert during the first two postoperative days but became dull and less responsive from the third day onward. His speech has become slow and sometimes incoherent, with occasional forgetfulness and delayed responses. No sedative medications are being used except Tramal for pain when required. Kindly evaluate for possible post-operative cognitive dysfunction, medication effect, or any cerebrovascular event

Nope But According to the cardiac ICU team and Surgeon said this condition is considered normal after major surgery due to anesthesia, medications, and post-operative stress. The patient is under observation and expected to return to normal gradually within a few days.
