Dear sir, I am having epilepsy disease for the last 16 years but still seizures happening to me, could you please prefer any permanent treatment.

Unfortunately there’s no permanent treatment for epilepsy . We can control your fits with medication and possibly withdraw treatment gradually once the fits are fully controlled . Nowadays with very thin slice MRI and stereotactic scar surgery it’s possible to be totally free of fits without any medication but that would not be cheap
