Dear Doctor, I have been experiencing a feeling of heaviness in my head, lack of focus, body stiffness, weakness, restlessness, and disturbed sleep for the past 7–8 years. I often feel pressure on the right side of my head — behind the eye and temple area. I also have back pain and stiffness, and it has been suggested that I might have early signs of Ankylosing Spondylitis. I would like to have a complete neurological evaluation to understand whether these symptoms are related to my brain, nerves, or spine.
