Can We Take Medicine Without Eating Anything?

Question

I have been facing Migraine for quite some time and the only remedy for treating it is Panadol or Panadol extra intake.

Sometimes I face Migraine in the early mornings and to control the pain, I have to take a panadol tablet. My question is, is it okay to take the medicine without eating anything/an empty stomach?
