Talk to Neuro Physician on Confused Backache

Assalamu Alaikum! Dr, I'm having extremely dramatic having backache issue. I took place roughly 6-7 years ago. And from the beginning and this day its same dramatically insane. I just can't deal with it. I took vast treatments and medications to tackle with this pain but didn't yet manage to. I'd x rays they all are fine. I don't if its mascular or othro. But it takes place from the lower end and radiates towards buttocks and the thighs then radiates towards upper back to shoulders and then neck. One thing more whenever i try to do anything that involves hardwork it takes place by worsening gradually ie; studying and during doing chores like sweeping. Please help me with this I'll be highly thankful.
