Talk to Neuro Physician on Electric Spark, Pins And Needles Or Sensations In Whole Body

Aoa sir, I am feeling these sensations 1st at mid of December and after consultation with 3 different neuro physician (according to them due to stress), its has gone after a week. But it again started back from 4th Ramdan with intensity, though it started from feet then gradually moved in whole body. I have performed following lab tests found normal (ESR, ANA, Serum electrolytes, calcium, magnesium, potassium, LFT, RFT, CBC, Vit B12, HB1AC aling with ultrasound). Almost from last 10 days these sensations are almost gone but from last 2 days it again started in feet for short duration like 5 to ten minutes. Also from last 10 days I am feeling pain in left foot palm and calf muscles. When I awake in morning just feel my feets are also awakening from sleep. I haven't any issue except this sickness to take stress. Just feeling helpless. Waiting for your kind reply. Thanks and regards.

In Ramdan I took following medicine
Neurosa 50mg
Dulosoft 30mg
Colofoz 0.5mg
Now when I contacted a week before then He advised me to take Methycobal 500mg and Lacolep 100 mg and taking these(twice a day) from last 5 days.

No mam, I am not taking these medicines right now, I have no sparking now but still feel needles and pins , and also feel pain in calf and feet, feeling awakening feet sensation after sleep, if i stay at one place then my feet start burning, I f i walk 20 to 30 minutes then my feet temperature rise up.

Aoa Mam,
Pain in my feet palm are not severe that I can't walk or stand but yes its sweet and remembering pain. On the other hand my calf pain are much disturbing.
2nd I want to know that RFT and RA factor are two different tests? As my RFT result is quite well.

ideally you should visit a neurologist in person to get proper physical assessment. if it is not possible for you then get Nerve conduction Studies and EMG test done and share report online

Thanks mam,
But I already visited 3 Neuro Physicians and at their clinic they did some exercise and asked that you have no issue and neither need any tests. And don't know what should I do
