Asalam o alikum Dr sahb I have ptosis in left eye and inward squint in right eye sometimes it improves by exercise and by ice therapy. I have clear vision 6/6 perfomed test two time. Age 24 plz tell me what i do for? i have all symptoms of ocular myasthenia gravis? what should i do? can i take mestinon?

Yes ofcourse you can take...but its better that you do work up for Myasthnia gravis.
Could be Myasthenia or another multitude of causes. Please consult a Neurologist (ideally in person).

i visited to ophthalmologist but they didn't examined properly and say it will correct by surgery only
