At rest your face looks normal but unless I examine you with relation to facial movements it’s difficult to tell. Facial weakness on one side can cause facial asymmetry. This can happen in Bell’s Palsy where facial nerve is damaged by being compressed in the facial canal when it is swollen due to virus infection. But it can also happen due to stroke affecting the brain stem where the 7th nerve gets infarcted
