I feel numbness drowsiness in right side of brain and hand legs Although MRI results are okay but not understand what is the issue

Pain in the back is caused by muscle pain and stiffness due to previous back injury and has nothing to do with the brain. You got an expensive MRI done but didn’t consult a physician who would have recommended xray of lumbosacral spine. Drowsiness was probably caused by the medication for back pain
The clinical history is incomplete. How old are you? What are the co morbidities? Who diagnosed the stroke and why? Are there any notes by the referring doctor? History of headaches? Is this numbness episodic? Too many missing links from the history to make a proper diagnosis.
