Talk to Neuro Physician on Fog
Asking for Self, Female, 58 years old, Muscat
AOA, I sometimes have a feeling of fog in my head. Few days ago my hands were sleeping at night. And i had numbness in one side of head at that time my ear was blocked then dr said it could be vitamin b12 deficiency so want to ask should I go to dr and which ENT or any GP? Thanks

As this can be some neurological problem so it's better to consult a mental health team i.e psychiatrist and psychologist.
