Talk to Neuro Physician on Forward Neck Posture

mri reposrt says: loss of normal cervical lordosis and t2 weighted axial shown in report have done with chiropacter, and shown to neurosurgeons , hijama , herbal medicine, wear collor for almost 3 months regularly problem not solved physiotherapist say its a bone problem not muscels so i cant do anything . . . Issue in body i face daily vertigo,imbalance,weaknessin legs and hand, sometime in jaws weak, tingling or vibrating feeling in neck , feels like daziness sometime, eye become heavy. where should i go ? have this problem for almost 11 months.
