Frequent Headaches

Question

I\'ve been facing headaches for a quite a while now. I was diagnosed with migraine. I started avoiding the triggers and it worked for a while. But ever since Ramdhan, this has been my third headache. The pains starts from my eyes and extends till the neck, I\'m often unable to go into rukoo or sajdah, I can\'t deal with any lights too. I\'m still avoiding the triggers, my eye sight is fine too, is there anything that could cause the problem. Attaching my reports, please help me understand those too. Thanks.
